accountability challenge!
I've made a few categories of habits and other activities to help me build better self control and discipline!
FOODS
-Keep to no dairy -Aim for 30+ grams of protein a day(I am pescatarian so a little harder) -No buying processed foods, if eating out or at other houses just try to avoid -Aim for 14+ hour fast every day -Minimum of 2 full 32oz water bottles a day -Maintain calorie deficit based on daily activity -Apple cider vinegar shot every night -Maximum of 2 different foods per snack(i.e. an orange and some crackers) -Only cook/prepare foods rather than frozen or premade meals -Natural sweeteners/sugars only -Only eat when body is hungry, not when mind is
LIFESTYLE
-Stairs only, unless necessary to use elevator -Walk instead of drive if possible -Keep up with skin care/self care routines(continue self discipline) -Listen to/read a book at least 20 minutes a day -Workout as much as possible(hard to fit into my schedule currently) -Aim for minimum 7 hours of sleep(insomnia) -Go outside/walk/bike etc. to help limit screen time -4 hours max screen time on phone
ACCOUNTABILITY
-If fast goal is not met the missed time is added to the next fast -If over 4 hours screen time that time is taken out of the next day -Must log fast every day, if not logged then 2 hours added to next fast -Every hour up past midnight = hours until I can eat after waking up -If eating out no eating 2 hours before or after, if I do then no other food for the day
My goal for this is to control my food intake and types of food I eat as well as build habits that keep me accountable and build self control:)
