Season 2 Teaser - June 24th, 2018

so at the end of the last clip we got yesterday, we see a view of oslo and a car is driving down the road:

and then in todays short announcement/trailer, we see footage that could  possibly be from that same car:

so does this have to mean anything for the new season? i’m not sure that it has to, but i’ve seen several people in the comment section speculate that this might mean that our new main character is in this car filming her (or his) arrival to oslo. that doesn’t necessarily mean entirely new cast, i guess a person who’s new to oslo could get to know some of our characters from this season, or start working at plantasjen or something?? or we get en entirely new cast, and that’s how they’re going to do it in blank? 

some things that for me makes this seem likely, is that they were looking for new actors for d19 (=drama 19, which i think is safe to assume is blank?) and it was just as open as last year, they weren’t looking for any specific types, and the only restriction was age. so it doesn’t seem like they were looking for just a new love interest for susanne, or some new friends for simen. it is also a weekend where moving to oslo would be a good idea, if you were moving here to start work during the summer, as school ended this week all around the country. 

however, i also do think it would be weird of them to not use one of the existing characters as a main, simply because that is what jenter and skam did, and blank is obviously made more or less with the same structure as those shows. if i were to write a web series using that same framework, i would make the side characters with their future seasons in mind? also, i’m not sure, i never drive, but i think that road is not a typical “arriving in oslo” road? but i have no idea if that would even matter, or if i’m actually right.
