On March 22nd, Dean Steed, a Black Trans organizer and activist, based in Atlanta, was arrested in Cherokee County, Georgia, after a routine traffic stop. After being stopped for a broken tailight, two White officers demanded that Dean, exit the vehicle, and proceeded to search entire car, including the trunk. The officers found a vape pen and a couple of cartridges. Dean was immediately arrested and placed into solitary confinement because he is Transgender, and canโt be housed with the other inmates.

Dean is being charged with four different counts, including a felony for โPossession of THC Oilโ (cannabis oil). In addition to being charged with a misdemeanor for โPossession of Drug-related Paraphernaliaโ (vape pen). In Georgia, THC Oil is considered a controlled substance, listed in the same classification as crack-cocaine and heroin. Any tiny amount of THC Oil up to carries a mandatory minimum sentence of a year in jail.

Artist removes 1 inch off the peak of Englandโs highest mountain; Brits want their inch back.
It is still Englandโs highest mountain, but Scafell Pike is ever so slightly smaller now after an artist stole the top inch of the summit to display in a gallery.
Oscar Santillan, 34, was accused of vandalism after removing the stone pinnacle of the 3,209ft Lake District peak for an exhibition in London.
Ian Stephens, managing director of Cumbria Tourism, said: โThis is taking the mickey and we want the top of our mountain back.โ
