Why have people asked the introvert vs. extrovert question without even mentioning ambiversion? I knew I was an ambivert before I learned the word, and it's really kind of shameful that I only just fucking learned the word ambivert because nobody talks about it. Society seems to think everything is very polar and dichotomous and often neglects to inform us about midway points. It's difficult to try to explain my social propensities to people when ambiversion isn't a commonly understood concept. BUT THANK THE GODS I FINALLY KNOW WHAT IT IS AND CAN LABEL. MYSELF, BECAUSE ALTHOUGH LABELS ARE NEVER ABSOLUTE, THEY CAN BE HELPFUL WHEN IT COMES TO UNDERSTANDING AND EXPLAINING THINGS. Ambivert out, bitches.
