What is it doing? Well, people (men, specifically) are taking REAL photos of women and CHILDREN and asking Grok to generate them in sexually explicit outfits or situations!!! PEOPLE ARE USING GROK TO GENERATE CSAM!!!!

If we as a community care about the safety of children, we need to be loud about this and push back against generative ai! This isn’t a one and done thing—we need to SCREAM that this isn’t ok! We need report these disgusting pedophiles and creeps. We need protest ai! We need to HELP these people!

Even if you can’t do much, reporting accounts and making posts bringing awareness to an exploitative situation like this is extremely helpful!!!

No, it doesn’t. There is a stark difference between RPF and the average fan fiction authors write. Who is being written about.

I’m coming out and giving another hot take but— The act of defend RPF of children is defending the creation of CSEM and only gives another space online for child predators. If you’re going out of your way to write about a real child in an erotic or perverted way, you’re a child predator. It doesn’t matter if the situation is fake. It’s disgusting.

RPF shouldn’t be a thing, period. It blurs the line way too much and people defend it with their life.

“It’s still fictional!” The person you are writing about is not. The work you are posting about them is not.

If I found out that somebody wrote a noncon fic about my sibling, I wouldn’t be contacting AO3 to remove it. I’d be contacting the FBI, police, whoever, and getting any information I can on the user. I’d ask the police to get a warrant to get data on the user from AO3’s data base. Because what they made would be child sexual exploitation material. They wrote about a real child.

A lot of people might disagree, but RPF is harmful. How, you might ask? It's simple, really.

You're literally fantasizing about real people in fiction.

No, I'm not against fanfiction. I'm against treating actual people like cartoon characters. Most of these people are not consenting because they don't realize fans are writing romance novels about them.

Now I wouldn't care if said person consented, but most haven't. Call me a complainer or whatever you want, but real people are not your OC's.

That is a bullshit move coming from Ao3. You literally cannot defend this as innocent.

The reported author was literally fantasizing about underaged celebrities having sex and publishing it online for all to see. This is beyond "just fiction" because those kids aren't fictional characters.
