There is no way I saw a proshipper use a collection of fucking twitter call-out posts to say that antis have the highest statistic of child predators. What the hell are they talking about? A few cherry-picked twitter users is not an accurate data sample, and it is also incredibly misleading—borderline misinformation, to treat it as such. And even before I looked at their “source” I knew that their claim was complete bs because who the hell would even conduct a study like that? Can you imagine a researcher going to a prison and handing the inmates surveys asking about their fucking shipcourse stance? Also considering how common it is for predators to use fictional content to groom their victims, combined with the fact that the nature of proship/darkship spaces (i.e: spaces that heavily normalizes minors who have been victims of CSA engaging with content that romanizes said CSA) naturally attracts more predators, I seriously doubt antis are most likely to groom children.

Like I am begging people on both sides to stop treating some random’s opinion on the internet like it’s a peer reviewed essay approved by multiple scholars. Like a fucking Daily Wire article is probably more reliable than twitter.
