FULL MOON IN LEO 2.9.20 - 2:33 am ET

Whichever house the full moon lands in, it’s your time to shine like a fabulous Leo! By this time, the intentions you have set at the new moon will have made themselves known. Astrologically, it’s a blessed time. We have a trine angle from Mars in Sagittarius, giving deeper meaning to our actions. With Mercury in Pisces, we’ll be talking about our feelings and finding wisdom from them. Venus in Aries enlivens our spirits and helps us find new purpose and inspiration in living life.

On this day, call your magic back to you from the Aquarius new moon and from the new moon in Leo six months ago. It’s a great time to do divination to ascertain the results of your magic. Once the full moon is past the 100% full stage, you can start to do magic to reduce or refine your intentions.

NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS 1.24.20 - 4:41 pm ET, 1:41 pm PT

The last new moon cycle in Capricorn was a doozy, but it gave us a gift unlike any other. With the new moon and sun conjunct to Jupiter, we were given new ways to live our lives and create more of what we wanted. The super-conjunction of Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn tested us and asked us what we really desire. Last month, we brought out our inner Emperors and had powerful realizations about how to build true inner strength. You probably also saw things in a new light or made them work for you, which gave you fresh determination to pursue your goals.

We emerge from the Capricorn moon cycle and float into the beautiful, visionary Aquarius new moon. This is the first new moon of 2020, and it’s a momentous one. The current astrology asks us to integrate all the changes and realizations from the last moon cycle. It shines a light on our spirits and helps us to manifest our deepest desires and integrate ourselves into more powerful beings.

The most beautiful thing about integration is that it weathers any potential crisis or negative emotions by encouraging a middle path. NEW MOON IN SAGITTARIUS NOVEMBER 26, 10:05 AM ET

Welcome to Sagittarius Season! It’s time to have adventures, tell it like it is, and dream big.

The astrology for this fiery new moon in Sagittarius is so juicy! We feel it’s aligned for a massive gift to occur at this time. In other words, you can expect a breakthrough.

We just came out of the last new moon cycle in Scorpio, which catalyzed our depths and helped us process them. With the sun and moon sitting exactly opposite of Uranus in Taurus, we experienced both the profound intensity of Scorpio season and the electricity of Uranus. Your charm and communication probably reached new heights last month (with Venus conjunct Mercury in Scorpio) and your intuition about what’s good in your life was sparked to action (Mars trine Neptune). The full moon in Taurus gave you further activation potential and started a beautiful sextile between Saturn and Neptune. This was further blessed by Mars sextile Jupiter. Although there may have been some communication issues (Moon opposite Mercury), the Scorpio new moon cycle was a blessing, and could have indicated the end of a period of struggle or hard times.

The current astrology, with this new moon in Sag, is saying that a readjustment may be necessary to truly embody what you learned last month. You may feel stuck in the past, even with all of this new energy swirling around. You may repeat some of your past patterns out of mere habit. If that’s the case, don’t feel bad. We’ve all been stuck and had to go through hard times. If you’ve been feeling this way, you can expect to start feeling a new alignment and a breakthrough with this gorgeous New Moon in Sagittarius.

BLESSED SAMHAIN!

The wheel turns again...Samhain is sometimes called the third or last harvest of the year. It marks the time when everything is called to the grave — crops, tree leaves, and historically, most of the farm animals too. We all have our time with the reaper, who is often shown with a long curved knife that cuts grain called a scythe. Change and death are natural associations for this time of the year, and to honor this moment is to honor life as well as death.

This time of year reminds us that we should enjoy the life we live and honor those who came before. It’s not the easiest spoke on the wheel of the year, especially if you’ve lost loved ones recently like we have. However, there’s so much wisdom in honoring this point within ourselves and in the ones we’ve loved and lost. The healing that can come from those practices is immeasurable.

FULL MOON IN ARIES OCTOBER 13, 2019 5:08 PM ET

After the beautiful new moon in Libra, we experience a fiery Aries full moon. This full moon could have you feeling rebellious and make you want to go against the status quo or the people in your group. There's a drive for adventure and an ideal party. However, this full moon could also impart feelings of loneliness or isolation if this desire is not found in the external world.

With a hard square from Pluto hitting the sun and the moon, something hidden will likely arise. Additionally, with Eris' chaotic influence, there is a possibility of confusion and misinterpretation. This could stir up negative emotions, but it doesn't have to be that way.

Whenever challenges arise, we have the opportunity to think before we react and ask for clarification. We can use discernment to see things as they truly are. We can make the choice to rise above the seeming madness and step into our stronger selves. This way, we can make more empowered changes.

This full moon shines a light on what we asked for at the new moon. Reflect back on your new moon magic. What has come to light? What changes do you need to make to see your goal through? What can you see clearly now? Use the light of the full moon to set your new path through the next two weeks.

NEW MOON IN LIBRA SEPTEMBER 28, 2:26 PM

If you’ve been feeling weighed down lately, get ready to feel light again! The new moon in Libra has charm, sparkle, and the magical element of air to lift you up over the burdens of the past. Feelings will be romantic, artsy, and diplomatic.

The new moon will be joined by Mercury and Venus, both in Libra. Even though they aren’t conjunct, they will ease any tension and heal strife.

Uranus in Taurus makes a gentle angle to the moon, giving you a pep in your step and a love of all things comfortable.

If you’re feeling frustrated or that something is missing from your life, explore those emotions in a safe way. Talk with a trusted friend. Journal. Take a walk. NEW MOON IN VIRGO - AUGUST 30 - 6:37 AM ET

Virgo is all about renewal and work. This new moon, you’re being asked to cleanse yourself of your impossibly high expectations and remove the obstacles that you put in your own path. How are you self-sabotaging? Let that go and put your beautiful feet on the ground so you can take sustainable baby steps toward realistic goals. It’s only when you can show up and take one perfectly imperfect foot in front of the other that you can actually accomplish great things!

We’re getting an extra dose of Virgo at this time, with the sun, moon, Mercury, Mars, and Venus all having an idealistic work party! Whatever house these show up in will feel motivated to do more.

MAGIC FOR THE NEW MOON: write down your goals, hopes, and dreams. Next, write a list of all the things you can do to accomplish them, including little things and big things. Make a sigil for the energy of these goals. Every morning, over the next four weeks, draw the sigil on your body in oil, or just use your finger. Complete several of the tasks on your list, and then cross them off and do a little dance at the same time. When in doubt, ground into your body, cleanse your energy, and realign your energy to whatever you can do in that moment to further your goals. That may mean activating your throat chakra to talk with someone or channeling the courage to send in your application to a festival. It can also mean taking time for self-care and rest. FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS - AUGUST 15 - 8:29 AM EST

Ever since the New Moon in gorgeous Leo, which was conjunct to Venus, we’ve had a break from the heavy astrological weather. Mercury went direct (finally) in cozy Cancer, healing our experiences from the past few months. Jupiter went direct in philosophical Sagittarius, enabling more adventures to occur! Mercury entered Leo, giving our roar more power and playfulness!

Times are still intense, though. Several planets are still retrograde, including the new planet to the retrograde squad, rebellious Uranus, oddly enough, in hardy Taurus.

The good news is that this Full Moon in Aquarius gives us a healthy break from the intensity. We can move forward with the seeds we planted at the Leo New Moon, but only if we respect the fact that changes are still afoot. There’s still a lot of unpredictability, and we may be surprised by the outcomes.

To transition into Uranus retrograde in Taurus season and make space for the blessing of the Full Moon, allocate time for self-care. Take that bubble bath. Buy the healthy food. Take a walk, and enjoy nature. Let yourself get comfortable with being uncertain about how things will happen.

It’s okay to not have all the answers right now. Let your expectations fall away, and work on them when you feel the time is right. Meditate on how you can expand your energy and frequency to receive the blessings of the Full Moon. Also know that your answers may come when and where you least expect them.
