Im a better person because i run.

Im a better person because i run. 

Running has showed me to keep pushing myself  even when i no longer had faith in myself.

to never give up on anything you want. 

with the effort from myself i can go anywhere. 

i can accompish anything, whether it be a fast time, running a mile or ten, or running without stopping. 

im a stronger person. not just physically but mentally. i know that i can get through anything.  My running is proof.

being able to push through bad day to get to get to better days. 

I’ve seen the beauty of the world that i might have missed if i took another form of transportation.

ive learned how to share. whether it be with a car or a person. 

in life you have to set goals to achieve anything.

there will always be someone better than me and thats okay. 

i know how to win and lose with dignity.

anyone can run…

anyone can become a better person.

Self love, gets you a lot further than self hate. The less you give a fuck about what people think, the happier you'll be. Don't worry, continue to live and learn. You'll find that thing you love to do, that thing that gives you purpose that you are great at; you will find a person who will treat you with the respect you deserve; you'll be able to rise from the bad and appreciate the good. You can change your life. Be you, unafraid and unashamed. You are so much more capable than you realize.
