Happy September, everyone! October is just a few short weeks away, and you know what that means—Inktober is almost upon us! If you’re new to ISEB, here’s the spiel: I’ve done an Ignis-themed Inktober the last two years now (you can see my 2017 and 2018 drawings on my Master List), and rather than shove all my completed sketches into a folder never to see the light of day again, I instead give them away for free to random people who sign up for my Inktober Giveaway List. Here’s what you need to know:
You only need to sign up once. Once I’ve raffled a sketch off, I’ll remove that name from the list and roll the remaining names into the next day’s giveaway. There will be 31 chances to win (one for each day of Inktober) so if you don’t win one day, you may yet win on another day.
All sketches will be going out through USPS’ regular certified mail (a.k.a. stamp + envelope). Envelopes will have no tracking—if it gets lost in the mail, it gets lost in the mail. Unfortunately I can’t do anything if a sketch goes missing, but USPS has had a pretty good track record in terms of getting winners their sketches in past years, so here’s hoping that streak will continue through 2019.
International people are welcome to join the giveaway. Anyone from any country can sign up, it’s just going to take longer for sketches to arrive to winners outside of the US.
You must have a Tumblr account to apply. My Inktober giveaways started here on Tumblr and—despite the mass exodus from this platform—I still feel like it’s the best place to distribute drawings to winners. If you are reading this post via Twitter, you’ll have to sign up or log into an existing Tumblr account to participate.
You have to be following @ignis-scientia-estrogen-brigade to be considered for the raffle. This is not to increase my own follower count but is instead meant to reward followers rather than people who randomly stumbled upon this giveaway.
This is a good-faith raffle. I have no way of policing this but please only sign up with one username so that everyone has the same chance of winning.

I’ll be keeping the list open until October 15th of this year. In past years I’ve kept the list open nearly until the end of Inktober, but the list eventually gets so long that it dilutes everyones’ chances of winning. By keeping it open until mid month, that’ll hopefully give people enough time to get their names in even after Inktober has started without making the list too terribly long.
