In my opinion this is the very moment where Walter jr became the infamous Kellogg. In this very disturbing scene Walter jr is shown here disrespecting the veggie bacon. It shows us that Walter jr no longer cares about his old values but now only focuses on his illegal breakfast empire. In my opinion this scene was perfectly executed both in the script and acted by the actors. This is the moment where Walter jr's goal for his breakfast empire changed from funding money for his dad's cancer to being fully in charge and in full power of the illegal breakfast black market. This is when Kellogg kills Walter jr and fully takes over. This is breaking bad at its peak!!! This is when Walter jr's illegal breakfast empire warped Walter jr!!!
