Crazy how our bodies are literally built for pleasure and overly ascetic patriarchal religions try to tell us that our flesh is evil. We have thousands of taste buds for enjoying delicious food and drink. Happy hormones are triggered when we dance. We can sing to entertain ourselves and others. Conscious, aligned sex with a good partner feels great and improves your health. We have beautiful eyes, figures, lips, hair to attract each other. We laugh so hard we cry and it feels GREAT. The smell of a rose on a warm summer breeze lifts my mood instantly. Our bodies are so so sacred. Nature is sacred. The Divine dwells in the earth and within us just as much as 'up there'.

the magick of tea

tea is an excellent way to incorporate green witchcraft and herbal magick into your daily life. here is a list of the magickal properties of different teas.

☾ black teas: the teas of winter. known to bring excitement, courage, and financial fortune.

How to have your house more like a cottage

• Have quilts instead of blankets or comforters

• Have an indoor garden or an outdoor garden to tend to

• Make jellies and baked goods and give to your neighbors

• Decorate your yard with bird baths, bird houses, gnomes, toadstool decorations, frog decorations, little benches, mailboxes, etc.

• Kindle firewood at night when it gets chilly

• Garden vegetables tend to them and have a pond with fishes in it that you can feed and take care of

• Wear flannel shirts, big flowy dresses, overalls, jeans, yellow T-shirts, and buttons

• Buy canned foods and preserves from a food pantry

• Can your own foods

• Dry your clothes on a clothing line and do your laundry in the stream

• Make pies and home cooked meals for supper
