Im slack to do this whole thing plus im writing it out so I can find it for myself later lol

Basically:

Two carrots

Two zucchini

One capsicum

Bunch of garlic

One onion

Sweet chilli sauce

Tabasco

Barbecue sauce

Lemon

White vinegar

Soy sauce

Mince

Spring onion (garnish)

Sesame seeds (garnish or cooked in your choice)

Cut all your greens and set aside

Cook the mince in small batches, set aside

Cook garlic in pan, add carrots cook for a while, add onion cook for a while

Add capsicum and zucchini cook for a little while

Add sweet chilli sauce, add barbecue sauce, add tobasco, add soy sauce, mix well and cook for a little while

Add mince, add more of all the sauces, mix well, cook for a little while, add white vinegar, add lemon juice, mix, cook for a while

Add chilli flakes (optional?)

Let it cook for a while

Thinly slice spring onion to garnish, sprinkle with sesame seeds
