Hello gods and demigods! I'm Paul Blofis-Jackson, a simple English teacher at Goode High School! I am obliged to make this as @sally-jackson-official asked me to and I will forever listen to what she says, since she's my wife. I am personally not a demigod or a god, and neither is my daughter, @ask-estelle/@estelleblofis-offical. But my step-son, @forbidden-son-of-the-sea-god/@i-love-my-mom-and-blue-food/@probably-percy, who I am very fond of, is a demigod and so are most of his friends so I get dragged and filled in with whatever the shit's happening up there.

The dim kitchen light illuminated Paul's positively nervous posture. He had just finished the dishes, but it still felt like his hands were too clammy from sweat. Steeling himself, he looked over at Sally.

And my gods, what a view.

She was sitting on the kitchen aisle, scrolling by something on her phone with a lazy expression on her face. Paul had never seen anyone so beautiful.

He takes a deep breath.

"Hey, Sal, it's...been a while since we had any us time, don't you think? With Estelle and Percy and the all the demigods. Dnt get me wrong, I love them, but...

"Well, what I'm trying to ask here is... would you go on a date with me?"

She laughed and put down her phone. “Paul, we’re married, and the kids are adults now. Do you even have to ask?”

She walked over to her husband and cupped a hand on his face. She lightly kissed him before saying, “Of course!”

“Where to?” she questioned.

Paul gladly kissed his wife back and chuckled sheepishly, "Well, i was hoping we could make it a getaway picnic... I have this lake house down the hudson, so maybe we could go there?"

“That’d be lovely!” Sally began shifting papers on the countertop, needing her hands to be doing something. She looked at the clock. “It’s quite late. Maybe we should go to bed and talk more in the morning?” She smiled lopsidedly at Paul and gently extracted herself from his grip. “I need to do the dishes, babe.”

Paul mentally did a fist pump. His plan was coming along nicely.

Sally extracted herself from his arms, and he let her. It was, after all, rarely that he could catch her off guard. He watched calmly as she walked over the kitchen isle to the sink.

Blofis-Jackson, and my favourite is definitely hamlet. It's timeless, and every scene was written geniusely. A true masterpiece. I also am very fond of crimes and punishment. And beyond good and evil. If we talk about later literature, one of my favourites is to kill a mockingbird. It's always fun to teach and read.

Favourite poem has to be the iliad. Especially after knowing it's true! Shakespeare's sonnets are the best. Later poetry, I'm fond of Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, and Rupi Kaur.
