the kiss was also literally not cut in china, and I know this may come as a shock, but singapore is a whole separate country from both china and russia, too... almost like pinning corporate homophobia on red scare boogeymen is thinly veiled racism + unfounded nationalist belief in the first world as being unerringly "progressive" (vs the false association of the second & third worlds as being full of bigotry) 🤔
