Today, I found out that I have freckles

So...yeah. I know what you’re thinking...Amber, freckles are so easy to see. They are so right there on your face. But my mother has all of these small “moles” on her face...or so I thought. But it turns out that they are freckles.

Why is this such a big deal, you ask?

Well, for me, it’s one more thing that I have to learn to love about myself.

I saw these flowers in the display and knew that I had to have them. Finding somewhere to put them was the question. We bought new placemats since the season is changing and once I put them down, I knew that those flowers had a home right in between. Something as simple as flowers can brighten even the dreariest of days.
