In response to the recent changes to Artfight, I will be doing art trades in July this year. I do not agree with the stance they have on not being able to use your own bases, assets, or photography. It is understandable if there is a lack of variety, if a person only uses one base they have ever made for every attack they do. However, to say that it is "lazy" to trace your own work. Is a level of entitlement that downright just hurts my brain.

It still takes effort to make that base, effort to take that picture yourself and use it in more of your work. It still takes effort to pose a model in a way that allows you to create your work. It is still YOURS. YOU put it together, you should be allowed to use it in YOUR work.

That being said, I will be opening art trades in July instead of participating in Artfight this year. And I will reblog this up until the month of July to remind people of my promise.

Feel free to share with others, attached below are some of my works. My asks are open to any questions if you are curious. I will also tag a few fandom spaces I particularly lurk in just to spread this word.

Pressure Hiatus (TW: S.A)

I'm probably going to take a long hiatus from the game; Pressure. As saddening as it is considering it was a major comfort game for me. I cannot bare thinking that Zeal, the CREATOR; to do such a heinous act to someone who doesn't deserve that kind of abuse - Let alone, sexual assault. Please, support Ren anyway you can.

I don't wanna sound like a broken record, but; Nintendo should've warned us, that the hotel tourist, aren't going to be toggleable in the slightest. Knowing them, they won't allow us to have a toggle anyway, so.. should've warned us? It is so annoying to have a tourist constantly insist on being in an area, that I am trying to terraform in. I do not hate the tourists by default, but they can be a pain in the ass, when they decide to be. Especially when they walk to and around my airport. ALL THE TIME. and block an area that I need to access, ALL THE TIME. walking in my way, etc, etc. Here's hoping maybe someday, they'll add a toggle to allow them to free roam and not.
