They're just flowers. How hard could carrying 20 bouquets be? Popcorn is fine, so long as there is no recording equipment.

Nine times out of ten, that radio is being used. The only time it isn’t is purely down to technical issues or if I’m on a different mission. If the tables were turned, Scarlet would do the exact same thing.

Day Two of being back in Boston.

The mission is… not proceeding to plan. We'd previously hoped that the job would be quick, an "in and out" situation, but things have escalated.

Initially, our contact was very talkative. They'd been the one who had got in contact with us and they had been happy enough to speak with us when we landed in Boston yesterday morning.

Unfortunately, they've since wound up in the morgue, and Lieutenant Mauve and I have spent the better part of today dealing with the fallout.

This may take more time than we’d anticipated.

Anything I can do to assist from here?

Mauve suspects our contact was taken out by the leader of the gang we’re trying to pin. Only problem is, we’ve been left with no solid lead. How do you feel about doing some good old fashioned digging? So far all we have is one name: Noah Burgess, though it could be an alias. Hell, it could be an entirely fictional red herring to throw us off.

We don’t have reason to believe our friends are involved, not yet anyway, but if you do decide to assist, be careful?

I have acquired a cat. He is a small, four month old orange tabby, and highly likely to remain a small four month old orange tabby due to the nature of how I acquired him. (His former owner deserved worse that he got, considering what that pathetic excuse for a human being did.)

His name is Carlito.
