BLUEBRACELET -- A writing & development blog for Chief Jim Hopper, from the metaseries Stranger Things. Adaptable to most settings, but with a distinct lean towards horror. I like to play outside of Stranger Things and knowledge of the series is not required to interact. Personal headcanon & lore heavy. Divergent after S2, with some influence from the gaiden/novel Darkness on the Edge of Town. The First Shadow is not canon here and my Hopper has his own backstory, and the Creel involvement will have to be downplayed and plotted around. Crossover and AU friendly: Hop's willing to fuck around and find out. Blog originally established in 2018. I neither reflect nor support The Duffer Brothers, Brett Gelman, or Noah Schnapp. I don't care about fanon, I don't consider myself a part of the ST RPC. I don't condone David Harbour's recent behavior but do understand that he's neurodivergent and clearly having a bad time. Forever and always, I am here for Jim Hopper, the character.
