Hello my dearest followers! I plan on making my return to this blog today soooo yeah basically just hi, sorry I've been gone so long, BOFA killed me on the inside and I'll be back in business later on!

     "---Fíli insisted on taking my turn on the watch in order for me to rest, and since he is not to be swayed and I am hardly tired.. I thought you might appreciate some company."

PSA. An important one.

Three things in total.

1) I will only RP with characters that aren't part of the Tolkien fandom/have a specific AU for that verse in a modern au or special setting that ought to be plotted before. Do not come into my askbox and expect me to randomly come up with something for us to RP out. Things like 'I want to RP with you so badly!' 'Great! Had anything in mind?' 'No, I hoped you would come up with something' make me immediately want to turn you down. I'm sorry, but that's just too stressful for me and I really get it a lot. It's probably not a common thing, but it won't make me RP with you, my apologies!

2) Fling. Your. Character. At. Kíli. Unless you want something specific played out and to talk it through with me first, of course. Don't just hit me up all 'will Kíli get along with him/her can we do that' because I DON'T KNOW. TRY IT OUT.

3) I love my followers to bits and I cherish every interaction I can get and I'm all for crack and funsies, but I can't just pull some random plot from my sleeve and put it on the table. 

So, seriously. If you want to RP, please have a vague idea of what you'd like to do, feel free to let your character just say hi to Kíli, I don't mind. But please don't expect me to arrange everything because I'm incredibly bad at plotting anyway and I can't organise everything!

So uuuuh not that many dwarf RPer use that language, I’m one of them actually, I only use it now and then but it’s rather rare, truth be told.

   A frown tugged her lips down when the dwarf went silent, and she opened her lips to groan silently when he turned his back on her, sticking her tongue out before he might turn and notice again. If the sting in the tail of the curse was that she could only ever repeat, where was the moral learned if nobody spoke to be repeated? She clapped her hands again for him, trudging on over afterwards and — gently — pushing him away from the door. The arrowheads might have pushed through to the other side of the wood, so she swung the door open for him, and beckoned him forth into the homely cavern, to see could they work them out from the other side.

    At some point, he honestly started considering to snatch a few knives from his brother just for occassions like this. Had he brought even nearly as many with him as Fíli had, he would've been able to gentle work them out of the wood with the tip of a knife, but now he had to pull at the shaft of each and hope for them to come out before he'd snap them in half. He turned around to face her agian after a while, pulling a bit of a face at her. When she nudged him aside, he frowned lightly. "Hey, careful. What are you-- Oh." The dwarf blinked a few times, hesitant to follow the other, but soon doing so anyway. He supposed she had some kind of plan.

"You’ll be the death of me one day Kili, but you aren’t wrong about my skill. Thorin and Dwalin have taught me well. It’s just a matter of ensuring the sentinels are the only ones near that armory."

  "Well, somebody ought t'keep you on your toes, eh? If they dare to lock away the company of Thorin Oakenshield, then they should estimate them to protest, shouldn't they? We can very well work out a plan to deal with them."

“They’re also tenfold more in number than us, so it’s likely whilst the more important ones are all holding an arse scratching ceremony, they lessers are probably posted on arrow sentinel duty. Maybe asleep though.”

"Aye, but they're still lesser ones, right? Probably won't put up as much of a fight. Don't you think we could take a small group? C'mon brother, we've been fighting enough to handle a handful of elves! Or asleep, bit more dull but it would still do the trick."

"Now. My patrols did find a quiver that seems to bear the leather work of an Ered Luin craftsperson…but. That puts me at a bit of a conflict. Because lost items are generally returned to their owner, it’s only polite. But this also means that there was someone in my forest who was wandering about without leave…and armed."
