     I just took some cough medicine and it is literally kicking my butt. I'm off to bed but I'll probably lurk for a bit. If you would like to chat on Skype or KiK feel free to ask for that, otherwise good night!

Thinya nodded at his compliment, her cheeks turning a bit pinker than usual. Every time someone was complimenting her on her gems, she would blush, touched by the attention provided. 

" Thank you my lord." She took the gem back and put it gently on her little table. The dwarrow dam only lived thanks to that stand. She always lived in an independent way, not bothering anyone and making sure to provide people good mood and happiness. She looked back at Fili, feeling a bit shy to ask him any other question. Thinya was more than respectful towards the Durin family. They were amazing her and at the same time making her wish she still had her family alive.

      A little chuckle passes through his lips at the notice of the coloring to her cheeks but he drops his eyes and instead quietly studies the wares she has to offer. Gems that are both unique and beautiful and whilst he had no person to give them to, he figured for all of her kindness, he could do the same. After all, it would be hardly any consolation to him.

          "Which is your favorite here?" He motions to the table, they were all indeed quite gorgeous, it would be difficult to choose just one. If she were to select just one, he would take it and keep it for a time to fashion some sort of jewelry out of it.

      "Do you ever feel like the earth is going to just... Let you go, that you'll float off into the sky?" It was an odd thought, especially to most surface dwellers but Dwarves were used to mountains over their heads, great halls. With such a vast and open expanse above their heads currently? He felt truly small.

Thinya offered him one of her most beautiful smiles before simply nodding. 

"I’ve been good, m’lord. Sold many gems to dwarves wishing to please their ladies." She looked down at other gems and just showed one to him. “Look at this one, how incredibly beautiful it is. So many colors increased into a majestic sapphire…” The dwarrow dam smiled at Fili, looking back at the wonderful gem she found.

              Tipping his head faintly, Fili offers her in return a gentle smile of his own. His tended to be, after all, fairly gentle.

      "Ah, well then I must congratulate you on your successes. M'lady." Once more, a smallish nod is offered, a faint dip at the waist before he rises again and peers toward the offered gem.

        He did not have the family greed, not as his uncle nor his great uncle did, but as a dwarf he certainly could admire such lovely finds. "It is beautiful indeed, very unique."

Thinya bowed respectfully before the prince. "It’s a wonderful surprise to see you here."

             Peering toward the woman, Fili almost blinks. He still is not used to the title even if it had never really changed. "Good morning."

              Starting out with a little nod, the dwarf dipped his head courteously. "And how do you do, m'lady?"

"From you? Nothing, but you are useful."

     "Useful." Fili muses, his attention remained upon the Elf carefully. "Useful how? As a bargaining chip?"

  "Can I... Help you?"

 Resting his chin within his right palm, Fili hums softly, eyes beginning to lull shut. He was tired, but not tired enough to sleep.

  "I said I think I lost one of the daggers. The one with the silver handle." Kili muttered avoiding his brother’s eyes.

  The flaxen maned brother hummed a little sound before starting his quiet, attentive search for the dagger. "When did you last have it, Kili?"

Fíli Friday Headcanons #5

When Kíli is in danger Fili forgets about any good rule what you shouldn’t do when your enemy is in front of you. All what matters then is to take sure Kíli is alright. Even he gives up his own defense.
