➛ I always sneeze multiple times in a row no matter the cause (sometimes with no discernible cause) which can be very annoying. 🥴
➛ I have no true 'fun' allergies to report (only the not-so-fun 'hey if that bee stings me i'm gonna be in trouble' kind) but if non-allergic rhinitis and/or recurrent laryngitis is your thing, i'm your girl 💅

➛ I spent the majority of my youth thinking there was something 'wrong' with me and that I was the only person in the world who was 'this way.' This contributed to a lot of internalized shame (which I have since worked through).
➛ When I got a little older (and more internet savvy.... aka i learned how to clear my browser history lol) I decided to do some research and that's when I first came across TOS, and later the blue site and various other snz spaces/content. I still vividly recall that moment of: "wait...I'm not alone?" 🥺

➛ I just recently got back into writing fics after a looooong hiatus! I used to love writing (particularly writing for other people) but I got a bit burnt-out because of ~life stuff~ but i'm so happy to be back at it.

Someone who stubbornly refused to bring a coat despite their partners insistence now trudging their way through the pouring rain but still stifling every sneeze into headache inducing silence as they shiver with snot leaking down their face because their partner is right there and will not here them sniffle, plus, the rain will wash it away so its fine

Ok well since you put it in the tags for the 3x3 asks I *have* to ask for your thoughts on A/gatha and/or R/io 👀 Feel free to do one or both or break it up however you see fit but I am *dying* to know your thoughts if you feel like sharing with the class
HELLO YES OKAY SO I'M ABOUT TO BE SO NORMAL
this is going to be an absolute clusterfuckle of a snz headcanon/prompt/situation rollercoaster because i'm currently incapable of having normal thoughts about them let alone organizing them into anything resembling coherent, so buckle up (or feel free to ride along with your hands in the air, this too is welcome) 🎢

I don't know the details yet but I need to put one or both of them in a situation with Mugwort because it's a plant known as "witch's herb" for a reason...plus is extremely allergenic when in bloom, and extremely sternutatory when in its dried/powdered form.
R/io being allergic to cats and Agatha guffawing: "what kind of a witch are you, anyway?"
R/io always sneezing in multiples and Agatha, on more than one occasion getting annoyed [because she keeps getting interrupted? is distracted? turned on?] and snapping: "can't you just... consolidate all of....that?" -> cue R/io finding a way to prolong things (eg. intentionally stifling because doing so only multiplies Things) PURELY out of spite
R/io will often bless A/gatha just before she sneezes -- often before A/gatha is even aware she has to sneeze -- leading A/gatha to wonder if this is some kind of a prophetic blessing (so to speak) phenomenon or if R/io is somehow causing this to happen for her own pleasure -- because she does not/cannot believe for one second R/io "could just tell." (they argue about this often)
Does A/gatha ever attempt to cover a sneeze? That depends: does lifting one hand up halfway towards her face without appearing to know where it means to go and occasionally sneezing towards/at it~ count? if so, then yes. sure. let's go with that.
A/gatha being allergic, or at least uhhhh ~sensitive~ to things with purple flowers, R/io pointing this out, A/gatha vehemently denying it. R/io smirking, manifesting a sprig of lavender and saying "...care to prove me wrong?" maybe they fight about it later. maybe they fuck about it. who am i to say.
R/io seems like someone who would have a paradoxical reaction to cold medicine and instead of getting drowsy would stay up all night and annoy the hell out of Agatha -> see also: modern/Domestic!AU in A/gatha wakes up at 1am to find her rearranging the pantry and gets her back to bed with considerable protest, only to wake up at 3am to find R/io outside, watering the garden while shivering and entirely unaware of how cold it is outside and how much worse she's probably made herself
A/gatha insisting she's not sick the one night they happen to have to themselves and that she's entirely up to 🌶️ time and R/io not buying it for a second and watching her fall apart in increments and idk maybe there's some orgasm denial that happens until a certain someone admits she has a cold
a preemptive "bless you!" when somebody hasn't outwardly indicated at all that they're going to sneeze is very hot. especially if they don't even know they're going to sneeze, but you do. (bonus points for being the reason why.)
I was literally finishing 2x14 when i saw your post about the next ep, and believe me, I watched it immediately after with my complete atttention. You have seriously incredible taste in whump girl, like that's the good stuff right there! The constant "I'm fine, Mulder" and wooziness?? Never change, Scully. She definitely should for her own wellbeing but whatever, Mulder sees through it regardless :) Anyways, I was wondering what other episodes in particular you'd recommend for good softwhump!Scully?? I know the whole series is pretty much that, and god bless, but it's a bit of a slow roll for me finding time to watch so I wouldn't hate knowing where the prime shit is for the occasional indulgence...Thanks in advance!!!

You're absolutely correct that it's literally the whole series 😅 and like honestly there's too many to list but there are some particularly whumpy scenes on your watch horizon:
2x17 -> pretty significant whump for both of them including soft and not-so-soft S/cully!whump (plus M/ulder straight up greeting her at one point with "you should be in a hospital" instead of 'hello' lmao) + bonus very-red-nosed-S/cully throughout, particularly in the last scene 🥰
2x24 -> S/cully whump towards the end with a lovely rescue scene of M/ulder tenderly stroking her hair and asking if she's okay
In both 3x22 and 3x23 -> poor S/cully is emotionally Going Through It. We get sad/emotional soaked-in-cold-lake-water S/cully in one, and experiencing hallucinations and collapsing on the floor and sobbing in the other and a tender hospital reunion in which she confesses she feels ashamed. 12/10 rating for emotional whump here.
Most of S4 is just "let's find new and horrifying ways to whump S/cully" (while causing M/ulder likely irreversible emotional damage in the process) but hey, at least we get scenes like this:
....and of course there is also the infamous Hallway Scene in the F/ight t/he F/uture movie which takes place between S5 and S6 and while I don't want to spoil the movie or long-standing plotlines, should you choose to watch it it's a good one. For...reasons. (I will never be normal about this movie btw).
If you want to jump a bit ahead for some more comical/light-hearted whump (no spoilers)... there's an episode in S6 (6x20) where she gets unknowingly injected with a mind-altering substance called anoetic histamine which has the delightful effect of making her dizzy/spacey and flirty and very giggly 🤭... but also...HELLO?? S/cully being injected with a derivative of HISTAMINE? idk i feel like there's fic potential for the effects wearing off not as expected lhkjdsfhkdsf Anyway, here's the clips of that scene, please enjoy. 😂
Two people having a tense discussion, both are trying to stay cool and calm and in control but underneath the surface there is such animosity. Perhaps a power struggle, perhaps grudges, something like that.
Also there is something in the room that has started to set off the allergies of one of them. First just a little itch, a sniffle, but it gets worse and worse, and at some point when they look up with teary eyes after an absolutely uncontrollable sneezing fic, they catch the unaffected person, who so far has been politely detached, watching them with absolute glee.
Someone being restricted to a certain number of sneezes through magical means. After that, they can’t sneeze anymore, but they can still hitch, feel the tickle, etc

This technique features in a scene of a book I own so of course I just spent an entirely normal amount of time flipping through until I found this page:
witch putting a silencing spell on a handkerchief and then getting too used to it for one reason or another (the fetish; being generally guarded about sneezing; etc). it’s only after they’ve already loaned it or lost the spell on it that they are bodily reminded just how hard it is to silence their sneeze without it
accidentally ended up in a Situation™ by getting caught in a summer storm (which was rudely NOT in the forecast) -> getting soaked with rain + generally being cold -> runny nose -> sniffling repeatedly -> driving the friend I was with home and somehow managing to delay the inevitable fit until I got home a few minutes later = this.
apologies for the audio scuffles/overall quality of this one - the volume goes up and down because i was holding my phone/putting it down + picking it up while walking around my house/taking off my shoes, etc 🙃
