this is the hardest i’ve laughed in the past couple days and i needed it
Holy shit, you actually mean that Latinos, Muslims, African Americans, and women can think for themselves? Well I’ll be damned.
Let’s also talk about the responsibility of the media who, for a whole year, let him prosper without ever challenging him or questioning him on things that matter like policy until they woke up and realized what they had done.
In the twelve weeks since the party conventions concluded in late July, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has received significantly more broadcast network news coverage than his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, but nearly all of that coverage (91%) has been hostile, according to a new study by the Media Research Center (MRC).
In addition, the networks spent far more airtime focusing on the personal controversies involving Trump (440 minutes) than about similar controversies involving Clinton (185 minutes). Donald Trump’s treatment of women was given 102 minutes of evening news airtime, more than that allocated to discussing Clinton’s e-mail scandal (53 minutes) and the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play scandals (40 minutes) combined. I just snorted.
The woman you all tout as a feminist icon didn’t even have the ovaries to approach and speak to her supporters tonight after losing. She instead had a man do it for her.
So I did a thing in Photoshop.

On today’s episode of: The Tolerant Left, Gender is Binary
I’m sorry, but I find it amusing when the one claiming there’s validity in identifying as a unicorn calls the person who says there are only two genders “uneducated” and “ignorant” and that they “need to read a book”.

Hey, y’all! Lately there’s been a big a tug on my heart to give back and help out with military/veteran organizations. It’s late in the semester, so a lot of applications are closed for orgs on campus, but do y’all know of any good organizations or have any recommendations to look into for volunteering, especially in the midwest region? Thanks!
You could volunteer at a VA hospital if one is near you. Or if there is a local high school near you see if you can organize a special meal for Veterans Day with students and local vets. The stories can be recorded and it is great for the students. I hope you find something that makes you happy!
Yes there is, I’ll give them a call this week! Oh, that’s a really great idea. There’s a strong military presence here in my community, so I’m sure something like that can be arranged at my old high school. I think that would be a really special opportunity for the students! Thank you so much for the ideas!

Colin Kaepernick has a First Amendment right to sit during the National Anthem, but that same right allows me to call him a moron for doing so.
I think privilege is living in a country where one is so free they can say anything they want, buy anything they want, do anything they want, study anything they want, believe anything they want, pursue anything they want, and worship anything or anyone they want without fear of being imprisoned or killed.
