we tell each other to "sit" with thoughts or feelings or ideas a lot. "that's worth sitting with," etc. but sometimes the solution doesn't come from sitting with the thought. sometimes it's the opposite. you need to walk with it. you need to move with it. you might need to generally live life while letting it bounce around in your head. if you are sitting and thinking about something and not coming to any solution, it might actually be movement that you need.

yes because you and your cat can heal each other, you induce the cat to purr and you both get the benefit of the vibrations from the purring. we do not emphasize this enough, cats are literally the best pet you can possibly have.
