I received a Master’s Category Judges Award from RJ Haddy last night at Pensacon.

This is my T17 Draenei Paladin - Battle Gear of the Guiding Light.

I’m not happy with it and I didn’t have time to get my hammer done. I will be repainting the armor and although my makeup was even and color matched to my prosthesis it was very annoying to remove so I will be going with something different next time.

Basic Mold Making and Casting With Blue Knight Cosplay and Props

So my allergies had something different in mind than an amazing time at DragonCon this weekend. Do to my technical difficulties we called it on Saturday and headed home on the first flight out. Thank you Delta Airlines for being so helpful when I called. 

Can we pretend this is some cool cosplay?  I'm home, a breathing treatment and a weeks worth of steroids is my DragonCon souvenir. :P I guess my next costume should include a personal air supply. lol

Basic Mold Making and Casting Fri, September 2, 11:30am – 12:30pm Where: Hilton, 302-305

Description: A beginner’s guide to mold making and casting. We look at basic 1 part and 2 part silicone molds, as well as casting epoxy resin, and urethane plastic. We also discuss vacuum forming and building your own vacuum table.

Super excited! Now if we can get our act together and get our costumes done! 18 DAYS!!!!!

There was a 30 minute time period this morning that the humidity was just low enough to spray paint! I still have to spray my swords and shoulder but Its getting there. This is one coat of the base paint mind you :( so much weathering in the future.
