Blue-Scales the Argonian

Hi there, I‘m Blue-Scales, a young argonian adventurer. I will share my journal entries here, and maybe some pictures when I have the time (Blue-Scales in vanilla Skyrim, since I don‘t want to argue with the newest update and my modlist right now. 22nd of Last Seed, 4e201 (continued)

I wrote my last entry in the morning hours, just before heading out. The roads were cold and the sun had not risen yet, but I continued on in search of adventure. And I found it! A ship full of it! I fought so many pirates, mainly with magic, but also with their own curved swords. I even managed ro be so sneaky that I could take a nap in the middle of all of this! I found plenty of treasure as well, and even some weird floating stone in a box.

I then headed down the road, until I found a secret door that turned out to lead to Solitude. Some traitor got executed, I talked to some locals, did some alchemy and some smithing and I even bought a backpack (I really needed one). The seller said it was designed for adventurers. I am currently in my room at the local inn and will head out again in the morning. City life isn‘t for me, I need adventure! Maybe I will explore the other side of the river, where I found Freki, it seemed like a place that would be full of adventure!

22nd of Last Seed, 4e201

Yesterday and today were amazing! I decided to ride out and look for adventure, instead if visiting the city. And I found a cave filled with pirates, where I managed to do some smithing and I even found the secret pirate treasure that they hid in a sunken ship. Of course they did not expect my saxhleel lungs, so retrieving the treasure was not problem at all.

I then continued on the cold white road and entered a cave that was filled with trees. It was really nice, until a bunch of angry trees, wolves and large cats started attacking me. I am taking a quick break here and will continue onwards soon.

20th of Last Seed, 4e201

I spent the rest of yesterday in Riverwood. I brought back the decoration of the merchant, I learned about smithing and I did some cooking.

I awoke in the bed of my new beek-ojel and felt ready for adventure. I left the village and made my way down the road. I fought some wolves and arrived at the gates of a giant city on a hill. But the guards wouldn‘t let me in, so I decided to let the carriage driver bring me to a surprise destination. It turned out to be Solitude, the capital!

I haven‘t entered the city yet, because I got distracted by the beautiful horses at the stable. I really wanted to buy one, but I don‘t have enough money for a horse. I do have enough money for a map of wild horses though!

I realized that a wild horse was supposed to be nearby, so I decided to look for it. I had to fight some angry crabs and fish, but eventually I found the wild horse, out in the woods. I tamed it and named it Freki! We will be best friends and companions forever! Just an adventurer and his horse, traveling the frozen roads together, it‘s like my boyhood dreams, I‘m so excited!

19th of Last Seed 4e201

I have made it! It was so amazing, I solved puzzles, fought bandits and giant spiders and some zombies! I also found a lot of cool weapons and armor! I found a weird singing and glowing wall in a giant cave and got an ice sword a strange looking rock from a zombie. He seemed very angry, but I outsmarted and burned him. I love fighting the undead, it was my first time doing that, but it was exhilarating!

I also fought some wolves and found glowing stone that might make me a better mage!

A kind fisherman let me sleep in his tent, which is where I am now.

18th of Last Seed, 4E201

I awoke early and followed my chosen road to a nearby town. I met Ralof again and his very nice family! They want me to go to the nearby town and talk to someone called yarl or something. Not sure who that could be, but I love having a quest!

I went to the shop and apparently some decor was stolen. As a brave adventurer, I of course offered to help! This is so exciting! A real thief hunting adventure!

I fought a group of bandits outside some old nordic building. They didn‘t stand a chance! I just awoke from a nap and will now venture deeper into the mysterious ruin.

Last Seed, 17th, 4e201

Today was even more amazing than my wildest dreams! I can barely believe it!

I got up early and wandered across the border, into a beautiful pine forest. I was enjoying the sights, when everything suddenly went black. I‘m guessing something hit my head. I awoke on a cart with some guys talking about politics or something. Didn‘t really make much sense. I think one of them was a prince or perhaps some nephew of a former king?

Anyway, some soldiers asked for my name and decided to cut my head off, as well as some other poor guy‘s head. I‘m really not sure why and neither was the imperial soldier who asked for my name. But, that really doesn‘t matter, because, at the last possible moment, a dragon appeared. Let me repeat that: A DRAGON! I didn‘t know Skyrim had dragons! I wish I could have seen more of it, but we had to run.

It turns out, I‘m a really good battle mage! I fought soldiers and giant spiders, together with my new rebel beek-ojel! We split up soon after and I followed a path up to a bandit camp, where I defeated two on my own! I also made some cabbage soup and found some nice warm armor made out of fur. I will rest now, or at least try, I‘m so excited for tomorrow‘s adventures!

Last Seed, 16th, 4e201

I can barely believe it! My first time away from home! I finally managed to convince my parents to let me go out and see the world. So I departed from home, travelled on foot to the city of Gideon and took a cart that would take me through Cyrodiil, all the way up to Bruma. And from there, I will finally reach my destination: Skyrim, the cold land in the north.

I spent all my life listening to any traveller that would share their tales with a deek saxhleel like me. And of all the tales I heard, I loved those the most that were the most different from my homeland. At first, I wanted to visit Morrowind, but my parents refused to even consider it. Something about a conflict between their people and ours. So, I decided to go to Skyrim. I spent so many sleepless nights imagining the wild land the travellers described, with a mixture of awe and fear.

I am currently in my room at an inn in the city of Bruma. I was hoping to already see some of the snow and ice, but was informed that on this side of the border, snow will rarely fall during the summer months. Oh well, I will cross the border tomorrow and my adventure will finally truly begin!
