Other Skyrim fans: I'll just sneeeeak past the tutorial bear she's just sleeping :).

Me: She is surrounded by humanoid skeletons. The fort probably used her to dispose of dead prisoners, and she is now accustomed to human (and other) predation. She needs to be put down for the sake of public safety.
