The Next Big Pandemic - a collage made up of gel electrophoresis photos and an electron micrograph from the second edition of Modern Bacterial Taxonomy by Priest and Austin. It's from the 90s so is completely outdated by now, and my university library was giving it away. Many good collage-able diagrams here.
