Another redraw. This time I did make some real changes.

I reshaded an old drawing to update my examples before I open commissions again.

I still really like the old one, so I kept the line art mostly unchanged. I think my main takeaways from this are that I tend to make my pieces darker now and that I should have stuck with the bright background in the new one because I like it better still.

I made some FFXIV cupcakes.

Fat Cat cupcake

These took me the longest easily. I painted on a lot of the details and made the rest with tiny bits of fondant that were quite difficult to get right.

Great Serpent of Ronka cupcake

I spent like 20 minutes trying to make brown frosting with food coloring only to realize that I could have just used chocolate frosting. Oh well.

Quest marker cupcake

Easy and cute. The only ones that didn't take me way to long to make. I'd make these again.

Allagan node cupcake

Was not a fan of how these came out. Using red gel icing was a mistake since it prevented the red from standing out on the black.
