3. SCENE 3: The Genjutsu's Memories:
In the novel, their bond is beautifully emphasized- the closeness and the scarf, symbolizes that Hinata’s love quietly finds its way towards Naruto.
4. SCENE 4: During the academy
In the novel, when Iruka asks the group, who they’d spend their final day on Earth with, Naruto instinctively says he would protect Sakura. But instead of thanking him, Sakura rudely replies back to him. Naruto notices that, the ones sitting next to him were writing ‘Mom or Dad’ and Sakura wrote Sasuke’s name on her paper. He doesn't write Sakura’s name on his paper after that, suggesting something important: his feelings for Sakura weren’t out of love, but more of a rivalry with Sasuke.

Throughout TBV we’ve seen Inojin being nothing but protective and sweet towards Himawari to the point of risking his life to save her and Himawari herself returned the favor by healing him
And now we have a new manga panel where Inojin is gifting Hima some Honey probably as gratitude for healing him
It seems like the writers are going all out on pushing InoHima…?
How do we feel about this? Is this good or bad?
I personally need to see how they handle it before I can give my honest opinion but for now I CAN say that I do like their friendship so far! It’s really sweet! 💖
So far, I'm pretty ok with it. There's no needless drama or angst going on between them so far. Just genuine positivity, especially taking their first onscreen interaction into consideration.
Unless Kishimoto and/or Ikemoto decide to be stupid, this may be the only Boruto ship I can get behind. Sorry but I can't stomach with what's going on with that love triangle revolving around Boruto and fathom where they intend to go with it.
And to address the strange and forced hate Inojin is getting, I suspect the hate comes from people that ship Himawari with Daemon or Kawaki, both horrendous ideas for a ship.
