Something I struggle with is actually starting my journey. I have so many areas that I want to upgrade in and I'm starting to feel overwhelmed. Do you have any advice on that? Thank you!
how to organize your level up journey 🤍
1. take out a piece of paper (or type but it’s better to write things down on paper), and write down each life area (or the ones that you want to change). these include (but not limited to): and make sure you leave a lot of room under each one, probably taking one piece of paper for every life area instead of just using one sheet of paper.
school
work/career
finances
romantic relationships
family
friendships
religion/spirituality
health/fitness
physical appearance
recreational/bucket list
lifestyle
2. leave space under whichever “life areas” you want to level up in and then write your goals. i suggest 1-3 goals under each, but no more than 5. you don’t want to overwhelm yourself even more. an example of this could look like:
1. physical appearance
- i want to grow longer hair
- i want to clear my skin
- i want to master the perfect makeup look
3. under each one of your goals, write 1-2 habits you could do everyday to work on that goal. you can write more habits if you want to, but again, the goal is to not overwhelm you anymore than you already feel. an example of this could look like:
1. physical appearance
- i want to grow longer hair
• sleep on satin pillow case
• heatless hairstyles daily
4. then start working on those habits, slowly adding a few more into your routine whenever you feel comfortable. don’t get discouraged if you slip a lot during the beginning; that’s completely normal. just keep working on being consistent and it’ll eventually become second nature. then you add more habits and eventually, habits turn into successes.

Pink Pilates Princess on a budget
Following a certain lifestyle can be expensive, especially when trying to make it as aesthetically pleasing as seen on Pinterest. Here is how to get The Pink Pilates Princess lifestyle on a budget. <3
Where to start
When shopping for athletic wear, stick to black bottoms and light pink tops; having a concept when shopping really helps to only buy things you really want and makes combining your pieces easier!
Go on daily walks, and listen to your favourite music or podcast to clear your mind. Try aiming for 10k steps daily!!
Follow a Balanced diet, I'm a big fan of the 80/20 rule! :)
You can find reasonably priced workout sets and equipment (yoga mats, weights etc.) on Amazon!
Don't be afraid to embrace femininity! <3
If you wear makeup, try keeping it light. Do your brows, a little concealer, set with powder, blush and bronzer, glossy lips and your preferred lash routine. <3
Look up yoga and pilates workouts on youtube. Focus on low-impact strengthening and improving your flexibility <3
Keep your room clean and organized. Clean out your closet regularly, and make sure your sheets are always nice and fresh.
Invest in some cute accessories to upgrade your outfits! Legwarmers, cute hair clips and bows and dainty jewellery.
Regularly clean your make-up brushes once a week!! Number 1 rule to clear skin.
Try Gua sha! I've been doing gua sha for a while now and absolutely love it <3
Try some new smoothie recipes!! Start adding veggies, or look up some green smoothie recipes to boost your metabolism.
Create a cosy and calm atmosphere by using fairy lights and candles. My favourite candle scent is Vanilla!
Start journaling. You can write about your day, goals, or anything that has been bothering you. I will upload a post about my favourite journaling prompts soon! :)
To really embody The Pink Pilates Princess aesthetic, try buying your things in white and pink.
Stay hydrated. You can also buy a cute water bottle to motivate yourself. You can also add lemon or fruits to make it more fun!
Learn how to make yourself healthy and nutritional meals, eating out is expensive, and cooking can be a lot of fun! (should I collection of my favourite recipes?)
Make skin/hair-care a priority. Taking care of yourself is so important, and you deserve it <3
Set yourself some smaller goals like learning how to do the splits, reading 10 pages a day or drinking a certain amount of water!
Have a proper morning/night routine
Morning routine:
Start your day with light stretching to wake up your body, a large glass of water and some positive affirmations to set the tone.
Plan your morning, so you have time for your skincare routine; use a body spray to add a light scent. My favourite is the vanilla one from Victoria's secret. <3
Make yourself a nice cup of coffee, and add vanilla syrup and cinnamon to make it special.
Eat breakfast; my go-to is oatmeal. You can really get creative with it by adding some nuts, berries, yoghurt or chocolate! <3
Journal a bit, write down your goals, and some manifestations.
Night routine:
Remove your make-up and do your skincare; if you have more time, you can do a facemask or take a relaxing bath. <3
I love going on evening walks; the fresh evening air really calms me. Make sure to be safe when going out tho! <3
Make yourself a delicious dinner; I've been really into buddha bowls! You can find inspiration and my favourite recipes on my Pinterest.
Do some yoga before going to bed, relax your body and calm down.
Plan your next day to reduce stress.
Don't go to bed late; try getting your 8 hours of beauty sleep!
Turn of your phone 1 hour before sleeping and read before falling asleep <3
Fashion
Try keeping the colours Pink, white, grey and black. Having a set colour pallet makes putting together outfits a lot easier since everything matches! <3
Cute loungewear sets
Workout sets
leggings
comfy sweaters
light knit
Cute tote bags
legwarmers
sneakers
Tennis skirts
Zip-ups
Flared leggings
Matching PJ sets
As always, please feel free to add more suggestions in the comments! <3

Hi! Do you have any outfit recommendations for a casual day/running errands without looking like a complete bum😅
I cannot stress this enough: as a woman, you need to be able to take care of yourself. Emotionally and financially. And especially at the level you desire.
here's the thing: real men are more than happy to pay, to take care of you, to provide. it's hardwired in them. they want to show you that they can, they want you to accept graciously. if you're with a man who's worth his salt, he won't even accept your money. real men look down on that sort of thing. it's just proper. like holding the door open for the pregnant woman with a child or giving your seat on the bus to an elderly gentleman. it's just basic respect.

something from your drafts? 💓

The VBSP Ranking System.
Because I refuse to post anything else from the group and because some of the things I have in my drafts are controversial, I’m going to introduce you to The V.B.S.P. Ranking System. I used a huge number of the posts that I loved from the group to make The V.B.S.P. Ranking System and I added in elements of things that I thought were important and that I love and I’ve been using this system for over 6 months now and encouraging my friends to use it. I think a great system, I was able to make a list after a date that I went on recently that really helped me figure things out and figure out if I’d go out with my date again, and it helps me save time. I’m back to dating and back to going out so I know that I’m going to implement it a lot in the next few months and I know that it’ll save me time in the long run. It’s rough around the edges so I still have to work on it but it’s worked for me so far and I love it.
V is for Values.
Do you have similar values to this man? Is this man someone you could see yourself spending a lifetime with, raising children with, or co-parenting with? Does this man engage in a way of life that’s similar to yours? Do you have the same religious beliefs as this man or would you be willing to change your current belief system to suit theirs or meet half way? Values are an extremely important part of any relationship and they’re one of the first things that you should consider when you’re starting to get out there and go on dates. Many a relationship has ended due to values that just don’t match and people who feel like compromising would be too much for them to do, make sure that you have similar values, similar morals, similar things things that you believe in, and go forward from there because if you don’t then you’re just wasting time going on dates with someone who you’re probably not going to seriously end up with at the end of the day. There’s no shame in telling someone that you’ve got fundamental differences and different needs when it comes to a partner, I’d urge you to be straightforward and honest as soon as you can so that you can move forward instead of constantly setting yourself back. Values can be a hard thing to talk about sometimes but figuring out that you’re compatible with someone or incompatible needs to be done as soon as you can.
B is for Behaviour.
Was this man’s behaviour up to par when you went on your date? Were you happy to be out with him? Were you left with a good first impression of him? Were you comfortable being around him? Go with your gut, think about the first thing you thought of when he introduced himself and the first thing you felt and move from there. I went on a date with someone a long time ago and he checked all of my boxes, he was funny, he was seemed sweet, he made me laugh, and there was just something off. I used to watch a lot of shows like Supernatural when I was a teenager and I started to realise that the thing that made me uncomfortable was that this man seemed to be putting on an act, he was almost pretending to be human and there was something at the back of my mind that was screaming at me to get away from him because he felt like a predator to me. It’s completely okay to go on a date with someone and then refuse a second date because you’re not fully comfortable with him and I’d encourage you to follow your instincts and trust yourself. You can afford to be paranoid and you can afford to tell someone that you don’t want to see them, if a man scares you then don’t go out with him again.
S is for Standards.
Does this person live up to your standards or does the have the potential to one day meet them? Standards can be a difficult subject because everyone overestimates their true value and a lot of men and women choose to be totally unreasonable when it comes to listing down their standards. I have relatively high standards and I was reasonable when I set them, I won’t date a man who hasn’t pursued a level of education past a bachelor’s degree and I’m going to graduate school so I think that it’s reasonable for me to want that in a man. I’m not interested in anyone who I have to push or who I have to change and so I avoid men who haven’t taken control of the reins and who aren’t who I desire. Would I date a medical student or a graduate student? Absolutely, they’re on track to meet my standards and I’d have no issues with dating someone who’s in the process of getting what I’d require in a partner. You need to get back from every date, think about the man you were out with and think about whether they meet your standards or not, make a list of your standards and their achievements and compare each point, and move forward with scheduling another date from there or letting them know that you had fun but didn’t really think you clicked and that you didn’t want to see him again.
P is for Passion.
Are you passionate about this man? Do you want to listen to him talk? Did you enjoy being around him and do you eagerly await your next date? If you’re not passionate about someone then there’s no need to keep seeing him, you’d just be leading him on, wasting time that neither of you have, and forcing yourself to try to be into someone who you can’t stand. I’ve been on a lot of dates with a lot of really tedious men and one of the things that I wish I’d been confident enough to do earlier on is just tell them that I wasn’t feeling the vibes and that they’d be nice for some girl one day, but she wouldn’t be me. If you’re not passionate about seeing a man then there’s no point, imagine going on a bunch of dates with someone, entering a relationship that you don’t really want to be in, and then breaking up and having to look back and ask yourself what all of the trouble you went to was for. If you’re not eagerly awaiting seeing someone and you don’t look forward to talking or texting then he’s not the one, you shouldn’t enter a relationship where you dread seeing your partner and I believe that most women can tell whether they’d be happy with someone within the first few hours they spend on a date with said person.
