PROLIFE BASED LAWS DO NOT JUST PREVENT ABORTION

These laws also affect emergency medical care, contraception to PREVENT pregnancy as well as STDs like HIV, fertility treatments (ivf), and proper sex ed. They also create legal risks for doctors treating miscarriages and can cause legal trouble for women who experience a genuinely fully out of their control miscarriage as well. A woman was recently forced by law to have a 4th c section against her will instead of a vaginal birth because she was in labor for 12 hours. She wanted to have a vaginal birth because of the severe deadly complications she faced in her c sections. Medically, it’s considered an issue after 20-25 hours or more when you’ve already had children. Not fucking 12.

North Carolina is proposing an absolutely psychotic bill coming after the use of IUDs to Prevent pregnancy as well as IVF to Cause pregnancy.

Imagine fighting for a decade to get pregnant because your wife couldn’t get the IVF she needs in order to have a higher chance of having a baby. Then she miscarries (approx 25% of known pregnancies result in miscarriage) and is suspected of causing it intentionally by our crooked legal system or even for something as simple as not calling for help “fast enough” (like the student who was investigated for HOMICIDE because police suspected she did not call 911 quickly enough during a miscarriage in her bathroom) which causes you two to be forced into a legal battle BLAMING HER while she’s trying to grieve. Or worse- imagine she ends up with an ectopic pregnancy and you’re forced to let it kill her because abortion is punishable to such an extreme a doctor won’t even Do it when a non viable pregnancy is actively taking her life. You could have had an abortion, tried again and ended up with a healthy happy child and mother to your child. But you wanted to play along while the government brainwashed you into thinking this is a just about restricting abortion.

These are situations you’re signing off on when you support these laws. These are very real possibilities that you are fully consenting to. You are agreeing to let this happen to you and the women you care about when you support this. Don’t convince yourself miscarriages are rare. Don’t convince yourself everyone who goes to jail is guilty. Don’t convince yourself these laws are there to save lives. THESE LAWS ARE THERE TO CONTROL AND END LIVES- NOT SAVE THEM.
