Full Name: Kohana Mai

Nickname(s): sometimes goes by Mai, Plant Girl (what i call her sometimes)

Hero name: Not sure yet!!

Gender: Demigirl, she/they

sexuality: Pansexual Panromantic!

Quirk desc.: Can manipulate plant life, make it grow faster or in certain ways she can use to her advantage, however she can’t do this unless her powers are fully charged, so to speak. She takes in sunlight through the green patches in her skin, and if she gets enough she doesn’t need to eat either! But she mostly uses them for using her powers, laying down in the sun is really good for her.

Personality: Bubbly, happy and soft, super optimistic but also really sensitive and can get down easily. Other’s emotions mean a lot to her, she’s super hypersensitive to the world around her and the people in it, and really cares for others. She really likes plants and napping, and loves loves LOVES physical contact, mostly hand holding and snuggling. She’s a big squishy cutie.

This is my OC. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

I realized I haven’t really made an “official” post about her… at best she was just part of my previous tumblr themes :|

Anyway, here she is! Her name is Katame Chi, with the Chi written as “wisdom”. Her name means “solidifying wisdom”, but Chi could also be read/written as “blood”, so her name could also mean as “solidifying blood”. I tried my best to emulate Horikoshi’s naming puns.

Her Quirk is “Haemokinetic Constructs” or in plain words, she can form stuff out of blood. It’s actually a common/normal power, but hers is pretty limited as she can only form metals out of blood. However, she can use other people/animal blood to do it. Due to her Quirk she also has abnormal blood regeneration and polycythemia, which she “cures” herself by regular blood letting.

Despite her Quirk, she’s in Class 1-H, in the Support Department. She’s very close friends with Hatsume Mei. They’re zettai ryouiki buddies but Mei has her beat because Mei is Grade A while she’s only Grade B. The good thing about their combo is it’s very efficient since Chi could create metals that Mei could use to create gadgets. Just a little blood sacrifice for Chi though.

Her “field” name (really just a Hero name) is Bloodsmith. She uses blood to create weapons or armor, but she doesn’t want to do combat herself. She’s a shy pacifiist which is quite ironic for her Quirk. This is the reason why she chose to enter the Support department rather than Heroics; she’s more than willing to help others by making weapons/armor for them but fighting isn’t really for her…

As she was growing up she was practicing using her Quirk using her own blood despite her parents’ disapproval. This is why she has more scars on her body than normal if she was just blood letting for her sickness. They’re self-inflicted (for the greater good!). Once she entered UA though, the school provides the blood to her. Where they got it, Chi doesn’t know…

Her costume is simple. She has vials of blood on her belt and some tools on her leather apron. Aside from that she just wanted to look like a fantasy blacksmith…

By the way her hair is really slanted and shaped like that. I don’t know why.

Nickname(s): Fire Girl, Aki, Kira, Hothead

Superhero Name: Living Flame (though I call her Fire Girl)

Gender: Female, She/Her pronouns!

Sexuality: Asexual/Aromantic spectrums (would probably date any gender if you can woo her properly)

Quirk Desc: Akira is constantly on fire on the inside. she’s hot to the touch when she isn’t wearing her special suit that helps her control the flames, and may burn you if you touch her for too long. Sometimes she can control the fire by making cool fireballs or breathing fire like a dragon (pretty darn cool), but usually has trouble keeping it under control when she isn’t in her hero suit. Her usual suit only downs the flames, rendering her powers unusable. But her hair can still catch on fire, which is does a lot. She herself is immune to flames.

Personality: Comes off somewhat cold and detached, insecure and usually avoids people out of fear of hurting them or that they won’t like her. She doesn’t always anger easily but when she does, oh boy you’d better run. She’s not very good at making friends but longs for social companionship. Right now she has about 4 (other OCs I’ll be posting soon c’: )

Hero Name: Petrallyne

Quirk: Ability to manipulate liquids and semi-liquids by turning them into rock hard crystals to use against enemies. Her emotions can affect the solids, for example where she gets furious she solidifies liquids involuntarily, she can even patch up her wounds by turn her blood into crystals so she doesn’t bleed out. She refuses to use the her blood and the blood of her enemies for attacking unless it’s to a point where she has to.

Home Life: Her mom developed an illness due to complications during childbirth (still born) which caused her to become paralyzed from the waste down. This took a lot out of her family, but her father worked hard to provide for the family. Nyoko wants to become a hero to provide for her family so her dad can take a break, while in the academy her mother is taken care of by her older brother. Her brothers quirk is create a vortex of with any objects(though not a big one) he put off being a hero to take care of his mother.
