In light of Strikethrough 2k18 and Challahchic’s deletion, the exchange is going to get mirrored on Dreamwidth, so that when we run a new round, it will be available as fandom shifts away from Tumblr. As soon as we have other news for you and a link, we’ll post it.

Is there a spreadsheet with all requests somewhere?

Unfortunately we don’t have a spreadsheet of all of the requests.  They are visible sorted by recipient or date requested for logged-in users on AO3 at the request summary here, and of the 56 participants who signed up, 15 posted letters which we collected here in the Letters Spreadsheet. The best way to look through all the prompts is going to be browsing the request summary alphabetically by username. We weren’t able to get the summary data to work easily with the spreadsheet when we’ve tried in the past. Sorry, anon!

TREAT TIME IS UPON US

Whether you signed up and still have energy to create more gift works or you’re following the action from afar, if you want to support the exchange or the community of folks who love rare ships in BNHA, we’re happy to announce that anyone is allowed to make treat fanworks. We invite you all to check out the request summary (AO3 requires you be logged in to see the requests) or you can check out the self-reported ship prompts collected in the Letters spreadsheet!  Treats do not have to meet the minimum size requirements but must be tagged as treats -- You can brush up on how to post a treat to the collection and have it sent to your recipient by looking at the Art-Posting and Treat Association post. Treats can be posted to the AO3 collection until it’s time for gifts to go live on Saturday, November 17th at 11:59 PM EST. (Here’s a countdown!) If you don’t want your work to be associated with the Unexpected Duos collection on AO3, or you just don’t have an account on the archive, or you want to post your treat after the collection is closed at the time gifts go live on the 17th at 11:59 PM EST, you can also submit treats to this blog anytime after Sunday November 18th.  If you post a treat by on tumblr, use “#unexpected duos treat” in your first five tags and  be sure to @ or DM the requester whose prompt you filled so they see the treat! If you submit your treat through this blog rather than the AO3, we won’t be able to keep your identity secret until creator reveals, so keep that in mind. We’ve been delighted by everyone’s enthusiasm so far, and we’re glad to give all of the rare ship community in BNHA this chance to GO BEYOND while adding rare ship content to the community at large. PLUS ULTRA!!

Hi, i wanted to know if i can modify my work before the 17th (i added some shadow and bg ) or if it's not possible, can i post the last version on tumblr the 24? Thanks for your hard work

Yes, and yes. You can edit your AO3 post at any point up to the reveal date, and once creators are revealed, you are encouraged to post your work wherever you normally post your stuff!

what's the word maximum and minimum?

The minimum is 1000 words. The maximum is however many you can write before the deadline. (Which, for pinch hitters will be the 16th.)

If I'm thinking about expanding the ff in the future does it count as not stand alone and therefore not suitable for the exchange ? Cuz i like the idea I came up with and there's a lot I could do with it. I'd post a closed story that would be like chapter 0 or a prequel to what i would write in the future.

As long as it is self-contained, we don’t mind if you later add on. 

We suggest you create a new fic and attach the Unexpected Duos gift as a “series” or “related work” rather than adding new chapters, though.
