ive been reading your fic since like Christmas arc and I was just wondering how long is the fic gonna be? (not like exact amount of chapters or words of course!)
I've reread it the second time and made a little timeline for myself since there are so many things happening (in a positive way ofc). So I was wondering is the fic leading to a big conclusion or event or is it gonna be like this - small plotpoints?

Kudos on making the timeline. I've got my own running so I don't get things mixed up. When you get into the six figures for a word count it's kinda a non-negotiable.
To answer your question, ECM is more or less fully planned and I'm not gonna lie.... this is going to be a behemoth 🫣☠️ To put things into perspective, we're only just coming towards the end of part 2.
Part 1 was really about Peter. Coming to terms with what's happened, growing and healing and all that fun, angsty stuff.
Part 2 has been centred on Peter and Jason and their burgeoning relationship (and their relationships with the Bats), and Peter's acceptance that Earth G is his new reality. There's also been a bigger focus on Jason and the impact his trauma/past experiences have had on how he sees his place in the world... and the future he's never really placed himself inside of (though I definitely would have liked to explore this more).
Part 3 is.... there's going to be some big things happening. As in, the scale will definitely be ramping up. Things have been small potatoes thus far and it will... not remain that way. 😈 What that's going to be.... well, my lips are sealed 🥰🥰🥰

I'm both excited and nervous to make this blog. I hope you guys like it :D This blog is heavily inspired by similar Ask the Sides blogs. All posts should be tagged as #AskTheRainbow, so you should be able to use that tag to read the blog in order. If I make a mistake, feel free to let me know.
This blog is canon-adjacent, meaning it is based on my world-building for the Sides and does not stick 110% to Thomas's canon. For example, the Sides do have lives outside of Thomas. While other characters like Thomas or Sleep may show up, this blog is mostly meant to be for asking the Sides questions. In addition to the six canonical Sides, there are two others: my version of Orange, Wrath aka Cecil, and a Silver Side, Watcher aka Beatrice.
Some guidelines:
Magic Asks and giving the Sides stuff is allowed. (If I am not comfortable with something, I will let you know)
Do not send bombs (glitter or otherwise) or living children. (Yes, both of those have been sent before.)
Do not tell me your age. If you say you're in school, I will assume you are in college or uni. Do not tell me otherwise.
While this blog will touch on some topics of religion, including Catholicism, do not try to explain Catholicism or Christianity to me.
I also have another RP blog, @ask-ego-inc, where you can annoy the Ipliers, Septics and Sides. Also, my partner and I have an RP blog we share, @residents-of-markiplier-manor, based on our Discord roleplay. So check that out too if you want. All three blogs exist in separate canons.

being black in any art community is such a strange feeling cause you’ll see just blatant racism being expressed in others art and you have to just casually ignore it, for your sake if anything, colorism being something that’s just fundamentally there in every artist and you deal with it cause it’s not worth it in the end to even think of it too hard let alone even mentioning it, it’s definitely something

This is Haolong dongi, a new species of iguanodontian ornithopod found covered in what is basically,,, hedgehog quills??
The fossil is a stunningly preserved skeleton from China that includes evidence of hard armour scales on the tail (like in the much smaller Kulindadromeus), and a coat of spines along its neck and back! The name appropriately means "spiky dragon".
Not only is a spiny iguanodont wild on its own (this individual is over 2 metres long and is a juvenile, other ornithopods with quill-like structures are much smaller), these spines also appear to be an entirely new skin structure? They're apparently not feathers or scales, but a secret third thing.
