Wait guys banger character idea: Angels that look like the sky.

A foggy white/grey or a serene black with twinkling stars

Halos could be different types of clouds that swirl around their heads (Or for the green ones, it could be more similar to a tornado?)

Could I explain the actual rules of how they’re used? Absolutely not.
