everyone should get away from the stressful city life and travel to the mountains in some valley by spending days there in a cottage, with a great place to walk around. the contact with the fresh air and nature can be the most relaxing thing we need instead of medicines, inhaling and exhaling, there's no more relaxing feeling. sleeping with the song of a water fall and frogs scratching is extremely relaxing, I recommend it to everyone.
