completely going insane over this aomine and akashi moment where they're talking about nash and how akashi is going to be the one to face nash but he's saying that it will be difficult because nash has some strengths that restricts akashi's own

and then aomine disregarding akashi's comment that it will be a 'difficult match' and him agreeing nonchalantly that akashi should be the one to face nash afterall regardless of how strong this nash person is

and then aomine fucking said this

"if it's you, you'll definitely win."

heavily implying that he trusts akashi being against nash and that he just believes that akashi can do it no matter what happens

and THEN

akashi's soft smile when aomine showed his trust towards him albeit aomine did it in the most nonchalant way possible but akashi himself knew that it was the dark blue haired boy's way of showing how much he just believe in the red haired boy

and the small smile showed how relieved akashi is with aomine's comment because god as much as akashi is a really great basketball player and despite the others already knowing he is a strong opponent, somehow in a way, akashi is still doubting himself but his friends, his irreplaceable friends, are always going to be there to remind him that he is capable of anything and everything
