﴾وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ﴿

Translation: And don’t let hatred for a people make you avoid justice.

This means: Be just with everyone, regardless if they’re a friend or enemy.
