Hi everyone! I'm Fifi, and here's what's on my mind this month!

I figured it's time to introduce myself in a way that feels authentic—sharing my name without my thoughts felt hollow. My plan is to create a new collage as the things I chew on change over time. Optimistically, maybe every month or so, because to me "who are you?" remains the eternal question.

I'd love to hear from you if any of these are on your mind too!

While I'm primarily in the Marauders fandom right now, who knows where I will wander next. If you don't know what horrors JKR is up to by now, please don't engage with me.

While I haven’t written one good word in 2 weeks, I feel like sharing what I have done!

Worked on a bunch of gardening, my blue and white flower border is beginning to bloom and I feel like fucking crying with joy when a ginormo delphinium grazes my arm as I walk through. A blue butterfly landed on my shoulder. We have a duck and her 6 eggs under our window. A schoolbus sized bee follows me around in the mornings.

It’s so wonderful to be tired and hungry after digging in the sun for hours. And, to reward all the outside work, the fridge is stocked with peach sangria and lemonade and the golden grapes that taste like honey.

Thinking about Remus and the pain of returning to Hogwarts to teach still believing Sirius betrayed him. Having to teach in a classroom where they passed notes. Walking past students wearing the same things, doing the same things, acting the same ways that they used to. Eating the same meals they used to eat and taking a bite of desert for it to tase exactly like his fantasies of Sirius’ mouth. Then the full moon; an empty hospital wing, no reason to play or run…and the full force of the wolf’s stupid, loyal yearning thanks to Wolfsbane.

No wonder he didn’t have the headspace to question if bringing a boggart to Harry was a good idea.

Starting Top-left: 1) a painting my Marie-Elisabeth (no last name?). This icon boldly corrects people every time this painting is misattributed to a different artist on pintrest because it’s her work. It tickles me. Also love the painting. 2) short nyc trip 3) a small section of a painting I completed in May 4+5) i saw this piece by Lotus Kang at the moma and liked it 6+7) things people sent me that i laughed at 8) bit of “From Elfland to Poughkeepsie” by Ursula Le Guin since I’m heavily back into writing fantasy 9) is on my remus lupin board for something I’m writing.

Also not going to actually dox myself but I hit the half way point on a big upper arm tattoo! It’s something I’ve been drawing and refining with my artist and it’s been life changing to wear it so far.

Just dreamt that I slept through a very important meeting and had to go grovel before an executive…only he was Sirius Black and he was so stoked that I fucked it up for his family business that he asked me to work for him.

Hoping this energy finds me in my actual work day! (Work day = writing wolfstar into this situation)
