hi there! welcome to my blog! you can call me Bones. my original stories that i post will mostly be about whump, but i will probably post or reblog other silly little things as well. on this post, you will find: some of my favorite tropes, some things you probably won’t see me write, and links to all of my original stories’ masterlists!

*not that i dislike it, but it’s just not my favorite style of whump. i usually go for male whumpees as i’m attracted to men and just prefer writing it more. doesn’t mean that i don’t support people who do like or write it.

- explicit and detailed gore

- extreme noncon whump (things like rape)

*i have some noncon in my writing but i usually don’t like going super far as it can make me uncomfortable to write. again, completely support people who do like and write it.

- any sort of explicit or detailed sex scenes

*i may have some drabbles of sex scenes in my writing, but they will usually be pretty short as i can get uncomfortable writing it. i have no problem reading it though, and no hate to anyone who likes or writes it.

please wear sunscreen!!! I've seen "fuck the beauty industrial complex" posts about complicated skincare regimens and am 100% with them except sometimes they mention sunscreen and no. no. absolutely not. sunscreen is a wonderful supportive friend who wants to keep you safe, and you should let her do it. throw out all your other cosmetics and skincare products if you want, but keep your sunscreen. and if you're not wearing sunscreen, start wearing it!!!! this is not about terror of aging, this is not about every tiny imperfection our fucked-up culture has made you feel insecure about, this is about protecting yourself from skin cancer. wear the damn sunscreen.

this!! also i forgot to wear sunscreen to the beach ONCE and i got a gnarly sunburn on my face that blistered and my chin is now infected!!! it is NOT fun, i could literally feel my face getting infected the other day. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WEAR SUNSCREEN

my number one advice for parents is to listen to your children tbh. and i dont just mean listening to their problems i mean like. when your kid recites the plot of a movie youve already seen or your tells you about what they did at school today or wants to show you their roblox gameplay. youve gotta be invested in knowing your kid as a person or why are you even doing the whole parenting thing.

At the risk of being a hypocrite, I have something I need to get off my chest. I am so fucking sick with how fandoms behave now. Everything is a controversy. Everyone who disagrees with you is stupid and wrong and ObViOuSlY this interpretation is correct and the only correct way to see it.
