Is it just me or does anyone else feel different when theyโre hungry? Itโs like my body looks different to me after I eat, like I can go the whole day not eating and Iโll feel skinny and my collar bones will seem to stick out more and my waist will be a little slimmer. But then when I eat it feels like I grow 2 sizes bigger and all of a sudden Iโm fat again and never want to eat again. It happens even if I eat like a carrot or something really low cal. I donโt know I feel so stupid

I'm back on my bullshit. Took a break but somehow ended up coming back. Set myself a bit behind but nothing I cant fix.
okay Iโm speaking it out into the universe and letting you guys keep me accountable that I want to be in the next stone bracket by September,,,, which basically means I need to loose 6lbs in 4 weeks :/ sounds easy but my metabolism is shit Iโm lucky if I loose 1 lb a week >:( but that doesnโt matter coz Iโm gonna do it !!! Gonna do this diet and see how I get on, not expecting to loose anything close to 14lbs but if I can get at least half that then Iโll be so proud of myself

Since the beginning of the week I've lost 4 pounds. I fasted for around 27 hours and am currently fasting for another 24 right now. But I've also been doing some light jogging and exercise. My calorie intake is in the negatives. I'm so happy that I'm finally losing weight. Today's inspiration (image not mine if the original poster wants me to remove it I will)
