probably one of the first books I’ve ever read , besides A Series of Unfortunate Events 💕
The Circle (The Engelsfors Trilogy #1) By Sara B. Elfgren & Mats Stranberg Barnes&Nobles rated 5/5 ⭐️ Publisher: Overlook Juvenile
Tbh, when I first saw the book I had originally picked it up on a whim (pretty covers are my weakness😫) and read it a few months later(my bad hehe). It took a while to really get into the swing of the book , because the characters continuously switched with each chapter (and they aren’t very long at that) and there were a quite a few characters. This book strangely reminded me of Daughers of the Moon by Lynne Ewing, which is NOT a bad thing. I’m not going to go into the plot because I’d probably go off in another direction lol. Although this wasn’t a ripmyfaceoff kind of book , I thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall I give this book a 4/5⭐️ 2 words that I would use to describe this book are thrilling & entricate.
just some of the books I’ll be reviewing😊 (from my own collection ofcourse)

Review Shatter Me (Shatter Me #1) by Tahereh Mafi Published Nov. 15th 2011 by Harper Goodreads Rate: 4/5 stars
I have a curse I have a gift
I am a monster I’m more than human
My touch is lethal My touch is power
I am their weapon I will fight back
Juliette hasn’t touched anyone in exactly 264 days.
The last time she did, it was an accident, but The Reestablishment locked her up for murder. No one knows why Juliette’s touch is fatal. As long as she doesn’t hurt anyone else, no one really cares. The world is too busy crumbling to pieces to pay attention to a 17-year-old girl. Diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don’t fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color.
The Reestablishment said their way was the only way to fix things, so they threw Juliette in a cell. Now so many people are dead that the survivors are whispering war – and The Reestablishment has changed its mind. Maybe Juliette is more than a tortured soul stuffed into a poisonous body. Maybe she’s exactly what they need right now.
Juliette has to make a choice: Be a weapon. Or be a warrior.
3 words that I would use to describe Shatter Me are enticing. captivating, and sexy (haha). Shatter Me , to put it simple, took me places that lead me through a roller coaster of emotions. I’m pretty picky about the books that I choose and let me just tell you, this book had me from the first line of the synopsis! My brain cells literally were gone by the end of the book. Mafi’s style of writing is so unique and full of one worded poems, phrases, and metaphors. I am eagerly waiting her next book ! Gaaah.😩 I would definitely recommend this book to a friend. 9/10 ⭐️
