Penguin and it’s no contest, most of the time you’re just a normal employee at the Iceberg Lounge, maybe you put in some overtime to run security at a weapons deal (Cobblepot pays time and a half for gooning hours). You get great healthcare (including dental!) and an excellent 401(k). Best gig in Gotham hands down.
