If only people would actually read the manga/light novels and not just rely on Bones shitty anime adaptation

The horror category is called "Bungō Stray Dogs: Hitori Ayumu" AKA the OVA of the anime. AKA the episode that was supposed to focus on Kunikida and they threw Chuuya in there for like 5 seconds for no other reason besides saying "Damn that Dazai" because the anime directors thought that they needed Chuuya to keep people's attention.
