How much am I missing out on if I skipped season 4 and 5

The new art direction/animation style for miraculous is cool and is low-key tempting me to watch season 6 and onwards once all episodes have been released in English dub preferably (although I have heard many complaints)

But here's the problem though — I haven't watched season 4 and 5 so how much plot threads have I been missing out on if I went directly to watch season 6.

(I don't have the patience and time to watch 2 seasons tbh especially if some episodes appear as filler or episodic in nature)

To what extent can one call themselves a fan of a certain media

Do you have to play the game or watch the show yourself or can you just engage in discussions/other people's gameplay, theories ,fanart, and redesigns to be apart of the fandom (FNAF, Yandere Simulator, Ben 10)

Can you still call yourself a fan if you have stopped watching the franchise and only sticking to fanart or fanfics about fanon ships that are definitely out of character. (My Hero Academia, Miraculous Ladybug)

Can you call yourself a fan if you've only watched the sequel when the prequel is recommended for viewing (I've only watched The Legend of Korra)
