We really need to talk about the fact that in the Garden scene (in the TV show) where Aziraphale shields Crowley from the rain it’s not Aziraphale who first lifts his wing - it’s Crowley who steps closer to Aziraphale and only then Aziraphale lifts his wing. It’s like a reflex (”oh he needs help here you go”). But Crowley? He just wants to be close and the fact that Aziraphale gave his sword away to Adam and Eve proved that he’s unlike other angels. He’s just authentically kind and doesn’t exclude Crowley from his kindness, even if he is a demon.

I’m tearing up.
