First of all, I’d like to apologize for my absence in the past week. Truth is my personal life has become complicated, confusing and very trying. Two members of my family are dying rapidly, and there’s nothing I can do for them. It’s taken a toll on my role-playing capabilities for all of my accounts. Therefore, I have decided to go on a semi-permanent hiatus. I’ll lurk on tumblr and try to get over this writers block, but rping is put on hold for now.

The fun of it has been sucked out, drained so to speak. I can’t focus on my threads and that’s not fair to my partners. I need to break this writers block somehow, if only to finish my novel. (I’ve been struggling with it since the start of the year, go figure.)

I’m sorry to disappoint you guys, but I feel this is the best solution for now. I hope you guys understand and know that I am online and my askbox is still open. You wanna talk to me or ask me questions? Then please do. If you need help, are sad etc. Please come to me, I’ll be there to listen. I love you guys, but I need to do this. For me.

The once calm and collected man had become a younger version of himself, rambunctious, quite hyperactive and not to mention hungry for danger.

"Hey man, you should chill! Get crazy, here have some beer." Milan giggled, obviously the teenager was completely wasted. An incredible feat considering his special talent. Not that he cared, he was happy bothering people he encountered on the street. This place needed some live action anyway.

there are a lot of talks about how ADHD is overdiagnosed, and that may be true for boys, but for girls ADHD is severely underdiagnosed.

older studies mostly looked at hyperactive boys and that’s the perception we have of ADHD. because of this many girls will go undiagnosed until adulthood.

most girls/women who have ADHD are inattentive type. they tend to be introverted, disorganized and daydreamers.

girls will internalize these as personal failings and teenage girls have a much higher rate of suicide and self harm because of it

ADHD is often comorbid with anxiety and depression, both of which are caused by the failings from having ADHD

depression can present itself differently in people with ADHD. it’s more of a discouragement from constantly failing, but it can be just as debilitating.

Milan broke his arm at the age of 15, it triggered his mutation and the arm healed at an odd angle. It had to be rebroken and reset.

He had the chicken pocks as a child

He got shot with Carbodanium bullets during a mission in Afghanistan. He has two scars to show for it.

He can’t get sick due to his mutation. (M!A’s not included)

He’s immune to most poisons and drugs.

He survived an atomic bomb at ground zero

Milan is 95 years old but has the looks and vitality of a man in his early twenties.

Milan took the mutant cure back in 2008, it was temporary but it triggered an aging process in him. Before 2008 he barely aged a day since he was 15.

Milan has a high pain threshold

Milan is immortal and can't be killed by normal means. Only Carbonadium can kill him.
