I'm gonna throw this in too. I, and I am sure some of you as well saw this back during OIF. They, being the same ones that dropped the high school diploma requirement, dropped a lot of disqualifying characters for enlistment to help bump numbers up. That resulted in a lot of people, (degenerates and criminals) getting in. Criminal offenses went up, sexual assaults went up, rape went up, and more.
