I guess a character that literally murders multiple people as an adult deserves more of a redemption arc than two teenagers that were manipulated by a secret organisation and brutally murdered off but okay go off fandom.

I feel like this fandom keeps forgetting that yuri petrov killed ppl like full on commits murder but kotetsu and barnaby need to baby him bcz childhood trauma like they didn't baby jake or any other bad guy that committed murder but okay guess they need to baby yuri bcz his ur fav.

(Btw I do believe that yuri deserves a redemption arc just not the redemption arc that the fandom seems to want to give him.)
