I’ve never posted for anything like this before, but I’d like to; to participate, is it simply posting to the collection that’s necessary?

not necessarily, you can just post on tumblr if you'd like, make sure to tag it with BJTW2026 or I'll probably miss it. the AO3 collection is just to have most works in one place so they're easier for people to go through

So. I caved and decided to go for broke and try my hand at BJTW2026, too. The only problem is that most, if not all, of the ideas I got for the prompts I eventually chose somehow ended up being more gen-inclined. I mean, he's technically a bottom, and that's implied, if not mentioned, per the plots, but that’s not the main focus. Is... is that okay?

hell yeah, awesome to see you here too! although BJTW is generally more explicit than OJTW, you are definitely welcome to do gen stuff for it. bottom Jason is an aura, a mood, a vibe, haha

Aww why is this the last bjtw? 🥺

A couple of reasons! Since I run OJTW, BJTW and Kinkmas, I don't really have any time where I'm not running an event of some sort, and I want to write more original stuff. There's also been declining participation and I want to end before it's just me left haha

Hello chickadees! OJTW is over and it's Mother's Day here in Aus, so you know what that means!

It's time to start BJTW2026 prep!

BJTW2026 is going to run from the 10th of August to the 16th of August. Prompt submission will be open for the next week, prompt voting will run for the week after, and then we'll enter the creation phase.

If you haven't heard, 2026 is going to be the last year I run BJTW. Thank you so much to everyone who's participated over the years! Since this is the final year, prompts can be anything you like, there's no uniqueness requirement like previous years.

Please send me Asks with your prompts, as I often miss post replies.
